HOW DO WE FIND YOU?
BLUE MOO Ice Cream truck is not your typical ice cream truck that goes up and down neighborhood streets. We specialize in events like birthday parties, school fundraisers, community events, grad parties, church events, corporate events, weddings, and just about any event you can think of. These types of events make up the majority of the requests that we receive. Occasionally we do public events – check out our website or follow us on Facebook to find out when we might be at a public event near you.
WHAT ITEMS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
We have something for everyone! We carry a selection of 22 different items on our truck at all times.
All of our items are pre-packaged novelties. We carry items that are childhood favorites like bomb pops, premium ice cream sandwiches, orange dream bars, and face pops, along with many others. We also carry some newer novelty items like Jonny Pops, and Haagen Daz bars.
MY CHILD HAS A FOOD ALLERGY. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS IN EACH ITEM?
We carry a guide on our truck of all items that we have available. This book notes the ingredients of each item. You are more than welcome to review that book to find out what items would be available for your child to consume.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE YOU COME TO OUR EVENT?
Every event is different. Events, where we are going to sell directly to your attendees, may have a minimum sales requirement. Other events like our birthday packages, start at $125.00. The best way to find out the cost for your specific event would be to fill out our quote request form, and we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability for your specific event.
We try to respond within 24 - 48 hours – but many times it’s less.
HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY EVENT?
You can reserve us for both private and public events by filling out our quote request form. (We do not book any events over the phone or via social media.) We will then provide you with an estimate for your event. Fees, rates, and minimums costs can vary depending on each request. In most cases, a booking fee is required to hold event dates/times.
CAN YOU COME TO OUR LOCAL PARK?
We get asked this a lot. Many cities require a special permit/license for food trucks to operate within their city or park system.
Some simply do not allow food trucks at all within their city limits. We cannot just drive into a park to serve your group and leave. Please contact us for more information if you plan on having your event at one of your local parks.
WHAT MONTHS DO YOU OPERATE?
We wish that we could operate year-round, but due to the unpredictable Minnesota weather, our season generally runs from April until Labor Day/Mid-September. It is best to check with us if your event would be at the beginning or end of this period.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, Google pay, and Apple pay. We do not accept checks.
